More about the Flying Fish 16′1″

Built in Cape Coral for skinny water — mangroves, grass flats, and the cuts where a quieter, shallower skiff earns its keep.

Built for the flats

At 16 ft 1 inch with a 58-inch beam at the widest point, this skiff stays compact enough to trailer and launch easily, while giving you a stable casting and poling platform. 15 inches of freeboard keeps the profile low for skinny water work.

The hull is fiberglass composite — NO WOOD — so you’re not fighting rot in Florida humidity. The transom is Coosa-cored (45 inches on top / 51 inches bottom) for a solid, long-lasting motor mount. Rated for 30 hp.

Every boat includes a foam-filled false floor, a live well, a 4-foot front casting deck, a 4-foot rear casting deck, and an aluminum trailer with swing tongue — ready for the ramp without hunting down a separate trailer package.
